It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
