This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.89V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 350MHz is available for sale. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
