As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. 44 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 712.5MHz can be produced. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function.
