This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 44 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 712.5MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
