As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Clock generators can take up to 1.89V of power as a maximum supply voltageRF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C.
