SI5342B-B-GM Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. The 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 44 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal.
