Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. There are 44 terminations found in the file. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function.
