As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.89V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 350MHz is available for sale. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
