As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains 44 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up.
