Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to NOT SPECIFIED to be essentially indestructible. It contains 44 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency.
