SI5342D-A-GM Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. It contains 44 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 350MHz Max. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. As long as you provide 1.71V~3.47V supply voltage, it will work. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. It's compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. It is possible to connect to the PLL via 44 pins. 2 signal outputs enable clock PLL to magnify output frequency as high as possible. For the RF synthesizer to function properly, a supply current of 125mA must be provided.
