As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains 44 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start.
