Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 44 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's.
