As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are a total of 44 terminations in this file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V.
