The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are a total of 44 terminations in this file. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C.
