This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 44 terminations found in the file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator.
