In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 350MHz is available for sale. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up.
