As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs.
