The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. The clock PLL can synthesi712.5MHze a clock frequency of 712.5MHz with high quality. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function.
