As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up.
