This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 44 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C.
