In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 44 terminations in this file. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
