It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains 44 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function.
