Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. 44 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. Clock PLL synthesi350MHzes a high-quality 350MHz clock output frequency.
