The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 44 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 1028MHz. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up.
