The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 44 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied.
