Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains 44 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start.
