Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Clock PLL synthesi350MHzes a high-quality 350MHz clock output frequency. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up.
