In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 712.5MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up.
