As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, 712.5MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start.
