SI5345A-B03887-GM Overview

As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V.
