This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 64 terminations found in the file. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage.
