SI5345A-D-GM Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. There is a clock generator embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An upper frequency limit of 1.028GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 1.71V~3.47V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels is presented here. This clock PLL features ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
