This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator.
