This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe.
