The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. The clock PLL can synthesi1028MHze a clock frequency of 1028MHz with high quality. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
