Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. There are 64 terminations found in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 350MHz is available. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~3.47V. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. There are several logic levels in CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic that can be used with this clock generator. There are 44 pins on the frequency generator that are available for use. Clock PLL is facilitated with 10 signal outputs to magnify output frequency as high as possible. Time clock generator requires a supply current of 125mA to fully function.
