As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 64 terminations found in the file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. There is a maximum voltage of 1.89V for this clock generator. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz.
