As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons.
