SI5345B-B03755-GM Overview

As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's.
