As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator.
