This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 64 terminations found in the file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.89V.
