This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC.
