In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C.
