This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 350MHz is available for sale. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function.
