Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Clock generators can take up to 1.89V of power as a maximum supply voltageIncorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start.
