This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power.
