Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C.
