This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage.
