As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator.
